About
DHM Digital
Where experience meets delivery
DHM Digital is a UK-based digital consultancy specialising in website design, hosting and marketing automation. Founded in 2013, the company designs and operates in-house platforms used by thousands of businesses and delivers specialist services to both local companies and regulated sectors.
DHM Digital was founded by David Henry with a clear objective: to build practical, high-quality digital systems that help organisations communicate better, operate more efficiently, and grow sustainably — without agency complexity or inflated costs.
Originally from a travel and technology background, David has launched several successful online brands and in 2007 won the coveted Fastest growing technology company in the UK created each year by the Sunday times and sponsored by Microsoft
DHM Digital was initially formed to launch its flagship platform, InboxingPro — an advanced email and SMS marketing system designed and built entirely in-house. That platform remains a core part of the business today, supporting over 4,000 active users across the UK.
As InboxingPro grew, so did demand from customers for additional digital services that were reliable, affordable, and genuinely useful.
This led to the expansion of DHM Digital’s service offering, including:
-
Professional website design
-
Premium UK-based hosting
-
Local SEO and Google visibility services
-
Marketing automation for small and local businesses
More recently, Jennifer Henry joined DHM Digital to lead the development of Renominate, a specialist service created in response to a growing issue she identified while working in the health sector.
Jennifer brings extensive experience as a management consultant, having worked closely with a multi-branch community pharmacy group. During this work, she identified a concerning and increasingly common problem: pharmacies were quietly losing patient nominations — often without patient awareness, consent, or any clear explanation.
Through detailed analysis of patient records, EPS data, and direct patient conversations, Jennifer uncovered a systemic issue that was impacting pharmacy income, patient relationships, and continuity of care. This insight led to the creation of Renominate
DHM Digital is led by founders who remain directly involved in strategy, service design, and governance — ensuring accountability, consistency, and long-term thinking across everything we deliver
We operates as a small, hands-on consultancy with a tightly focused team.
We design and deliver specialist digital services that solve real operational problems — combining technical expertise, sector knowledge, and a commitment to doing things properly.

David's strength lies in translating complex technical requirements into practical, dependable systems that businesses can rely on long term.
Jennifer Henry
Jennifer Henry joined DHM Digital to lead service design and strategy, bringing extensive experience from both the health sector and management consultancy.
Working as a management consultant within a multi-branch community pharmacy group, Jennifer spent several years supporting operational teams, improving patient communication, and navigating the regulatory and practical challenges faced by frontline pharmacy services.
It was during this work that Jennifer identified a growing and largely unrecognised issue: patient nominations were being lost quietly and unexpectedly, often without patient awareness or consent.
Jennifer led the investigation into this problem — analysing patient histories, reviewing EPS data, and speaking directly with affected patients. Her findings formed the foundation of Renominate, a compliance-led, patient-first service designed to help pharmacies clarify, recover, and protect legitimate patient relationships without regulatory risk.
At DHM Digital, Jennifer is responsible for:
- Service governance
- Compliance frameworks
- Ethical integrity
Ensuring that every service is delivered with clarity, transparency, and ethical integrity.
