About
DHM Digital

Where experience meets delivery

DHM Digital is a UK-based digital consultancy specialising in website design, hosting and marketing automation. Founded in 2013, the company designs and operates in-house platforms used by thousands of businesses and delivers specialist services to both local companies and regulated sectors.

DHM Digital was founded by David Henry with a clear objective: to build practical, high-quality digital systems that help organisations communicate better, operate more efficiently, and grow sustainably — without agency complexity or inflated costs.

Originally from a travel and technology background, David has launched several successful online brands and in 2007 won the coveted Fastest growing technology company in the UK created each year by the Sunday times and sponsored by Microsoft

DHM Digital was initially formed to launch its flagship platform, InboxingPro — an advanced email and SMS marketing system designed and built entirely in-house. That platform remains a core part of the business today, supporting over 4,000 active users across the UK.

As InboxingPro grew, so did demand from customers for additional digital services that were reliable, affordable, and genuinely useful.

This led to the expansion of DHM Digital’s service offering, including:

  • Professional website design
  • Premium UK-based hosting
  • Local SEO and Google visibility services
  • Marketing automation for small and local businesses

Our latest launch, PharmaConnect is Built From Real Pharmacy Experience

PharmaConnect.UK is a specialist division of DHM Digital Limited, created exclusively to support UK community pharmacies with modern digital infrastructure.

The brand was shaped directly by real-world pharmacy experience.

Jennifer, who leads PharmaConnect’s pharmacy strategy, worked as a marketing and operational consultant within a community pharmacy group. In that role, she supported teams with patient communication, service promotion and workflow systems.

DHM Digital is led by founders who remain directly involved in strategy, service design, and governance — ensuring accountability, consistency, and long-term thinking across everything we deliver

We operates as a small, hands-on consultancy with a tightly focused team.

We design and deliver specialist digital services that solve real operational problems — combining technical expertise, sector knowledge, and a commitment to doing things properly.

Meet the Founders

The leadership behind DHM Digital

David Henry

Founder & Technical Director

David Henry founded DHM Digital in 2013 with a clear focus on building reliable, scalable digital systems that solve real operational problems.

With over two decades of experience across technology, digital platforms, and customer communication systems, David has a strong track record of designing and scaling businesses where performance, reliability, and user experience matter.

Originally from a travel and technology background, David co-founded one of the UK's earliest hotel booking engines and later earned national recognition as a director of the Fastest Growing Technology Company in the UK, an award created by The Sunday Times and sponsored by Microsoft.

At DHM Digital, David is responsible for:

  • Technical architecture
  • Platform development
  • Systems strategy

He leads the design and ongoing development of in-house platforms such as InboxingPro and InboxingProHost, ensuring that the services DHM Digital delivers are robust, secure, and built to scale.

David's strength lies in translating complex technical requirements into practical, dependable systems that businesses can rely on long term.

Jennifer Henry

Founding Partner & Service Strategy Lead

Jennifer Henry joined DHM Digital to lead service design and strategy, bringing extensive experience from both the health sector and management consultancy.

Jennifer brings direct community pharmacy experience to PharmaConnect. Working inside a pharmacy group, she supported operational teams, service promotion initiatives and patient communication systems. Her role exposed the day-to-day realities pharmacy teams face — from staffing pressures to increasing competition and rising patient expectations.

She recognised early that many pharmacies were being digitally outpaced, not because of lack of care or professionalism, but because they lacked structured systems.

Jennifer now leads PharmaConnect’s pharmacy communication strategy — ensuring every system we build reflects how community pharmacies actually operate.

At DHM Digital, Jennifer is responsible for:

  • Service governance
  • Compliance frameworks
  • Ethical integrity

Ensuring that every service is delivered with clarity, transparency, and ethical integrity.
